AccreditStation builds the entire Element Index every time you compile your application package. Each accreditation element is displayed, even those elements that have not been linked to a Section D supporting document.

Create and upload an Addendum document to Section A that addresses your response to an accreditation element that couldn’t be linked to a specific document in Section B. The Addendum will appear after the Section A cover letter in your Response To AAHRPP.

IRB Roster: We are unable to download a copy of the Excel spreadsheet.

The Excel software limits the length of a worksheet title to 30 characters (including spaces). Before you contact the Help Desk, check to see if one or more of your committee names are longer than 30 characters (including spaces). If so, revise the committee name and try to download the Excel spreadsheet again.

We added the Comments tab in the document record to allow members of the accreditation application project to record notes about the document. These notes can be read by all project members, but they don’t appear in the application itself.
